POSTER (Poona Opthalmological Society Towards Education And Research) is an inhouse academic publication of POS. It is published every forth month (3 issues per year). It is been published from 1998 and is dedicated to promote science and art of opthalmology.

Dear members of POS,
I first thank you all for showing faith in me for this august post. Coming July 2013 will be our first issue of POSTER this year.
As per our President’s suggestion we are planning to release it on 30 June 2013 in presence of Dr. Quresh Maskati at the time of Contact Lens Symposium.
POS has completed 64 years so far and perhaps is one of the oldest ophthalmological societies in the country today.
POSTER which has been in circulation from last 15 years is a wonderful platform for everyone to express their opinions.
I think, we should try for more adv. in each issue so that each issue becomes self sufficient financially.
