Greetings from the Secretarial office of POS.
Seasons greetings to all esteemed POS members.
It has been a wonderful year full of academic, social and interactive activities.
POS organized a wildlife safari trip to Pench in September 2022. POS successfully organized a cultural extravaganza on 2 October 2022. POS in association with MOS organized a diabetic retinopathy awareness rally which saw excellent participation from POS members and NGOs. It was a herculean rally which started at the Iconic Shaniwar Wada and concluded at IMA house. The POS spectrum annual conference took place of 3-4 December organized by Hon. President and saw the presence of many national faculty. POS organized an art camp on 22 Jan for all its members which received a very good response.POS organized a cricket match for all its members on 26 Feb 2023.
The next event and the last for this year will be the POS annual general body meeting, which will be conducted on 2 April 2022.
It has been an honor and privilege to serve POS in the capacity of Hon. Secretary. I thank all POS members for their support and good wishes. I thank seniors and colleagues who helped me take the aspirations and name of POS higher. I would also like to thank the past office bearers, managing committee members and the board of trustees for their unconditional support and help with the smooth running of the office and society.
I wish Dr Mandar Paranjpe, incoming President of POS and the dynamic incoming team all the very best for a fruitful and progressive term.
